In 2016, Praytell Agency produced More Than T, a documentary feature in partnership with writer Jen Richards (Her Story) and director Silas Howard (Transparent). We leaned into Zappos' reputation for top-notch customer service with a set of three low-budget ads reenacting the absurd lengths to which the Zappos Customer Service Team will go to satisfy Zappos customers, each loosely based on a true customer story.

Year after year, I led messaging, social media management and community management around the digital products, experiences, and “big board”-worthy activations we created for Logitech at CES. My favorite year was writing jokes for comedian Ben Gleib to use as a basis for his improvised interactions with CES attendees.

be money rebranded to daylight, with a new visa partnership, visual style, and brand voice. i wrote all copy and advised on ux flow for the website in collaboration with the co-founders and head of design.
i also created the strategy for editorial and expert content that will be offered within the app to members at launch and beyond, and will be authoring many of the pieces that are slated for publishing.

Each new experience added to the WITHIN platform needed its own debut on social media and a post on Medium for the founder to share out as well.
